A health care facility in the Rockville area seeks a podiatrist (RPR or DPM) to join the medical staff of family practice physicians and internal medicine physicians caring for geriatric patients. The group cares for outpatient, assisted living and nursing home facility patients. The candidate will be a member of the medical staff and will participate in the development of the podiatric practice currently in place. Current care needs are approximately 20 to 30 hours weekly. The group wishes to build on its already successful formula to develop a more comprehensive geriatric practice meeting the needs of aging patients.
